Succour for Nigerian Persons with Albinism

One of the major diseases affecting persons with albinism in Nigeria and other African countries is skin cancer. According to Jake Epelle the Founder/CEO of the Albino Foundation, lack of information has led to the death of many persons with albinism and it was on his effort to increase this awareness and help persons with albinism access cancer care that the Albino Foundation was founded. On this video he spoke on the efforts of the Albino Foundation on creating access to skin cancer care for people with albinism in Nigeria. Some of the the beneficiaries of the intervention also shared how the organization has helped them to access skin cancer care.
